2026 Picnic Day Theme: ‘The Journey Home’

There’s no place like home, and Aggies will celebrate the familiar during the 112th Picnic Day, which will carry the theme “The Journey Home: Destination Davis.”

The theme was announced Monday (Nov. 17) by the students who organize the event, which is thought to be the largest campus open house in the nation.

First Employee Giving Back-to-School Supplies Drive Equips Students for Success

�鶹��ý Chancellor May Leads Delegation to Kenya to Advance California–Kenya Climate and Trade Partnership

�鶹��ý Chancellor Gary S. May led a delegation to Kenya this week to advance a landmark partnership between the State of California and the Government of Kenya focused on climate action, clean transportation, climate smart agriculture, public health and innovation. Chancellor May was joined by Samuel Assefa, director of the Governor’s Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation, as well as several university representatives. The delegation was jointly organized by �鶹��ý Global Affairs, Institute of Transportation Studies and the Office of the Special Envoy on Climate of Kenya.

�鶹��ý police concluded their search of King Hall after a member of the night crew spotted an individual behaving erratically, who fled into an unknown part of the building. Police concluded their activity after deeming the area safe.
